Your SOPs and training in one place

The Knowledge & Training page is your central hub for managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and team training. It brings together everything your practice needs to document workflows, maintain consistency, and onboard new team members.

Navigate to Knowledge from the main sidebar to open this page.

Page layout

The page is organized with a header and two tabs:

  • Page header with the title "Knowledge & Training", the subtitle "Your SOPs and training paths in one place", and action buttons that change based on the active tab.
  • Training Paths tab -- Browse and manage structured learning sequences for your team (shown by default).
  • SOP Library tab -- Browse, search, and organize your standard operating procedures by category.

Switch between tabs by selecting Training Paths or SOP Library in the tab bar below the header.

Header actions

The action buttons in the page header change depending on which tab is active:

SOP Library tab actions

  • Create New SOP -- Opens the SOP creation wizard where you can choose how to create your procedure.
  • Ask SOP Assistant -- Opens the SOP Assistant AI chat to ask questions about your existing SOPs.

Training Paths tab actions

  • Create Path -- Opens the dialog to create a new training path.
  • Browse Templates -- Opens the template browser with pre-built training path templates (visible when you already have at least one path).
  • Create Category -- Creates a new category to organize your training paths.
