Understand ChairPulse pricing, what's included, AI usage limits, and how to manage your billing.
Managing your subscription
The Billing section lets you view your current plan, manage your payment method, and review billing across offices. It is accessed from the Billing tab in Organization Settings.
Only users with the admin or DSO admin role can access billing settings.
The ChairPulse plan
ChairPulse uses a single, all-inclusive plan:
$159/month per office
Every subscriber gets full access to all features:
- Equipment management, issue tracking, maintenance schedules, and checklists
- Full compliance wizard with county-level requirements
- AI diagnostic chat and reports
- Standard and detailed SOP generation
- SOP assistant chat
- Learning paths for team training
- Invoice uploads and analytics
- Reports
- Up to 25 team members per organization
AI usage limits
AI-powered features have monthly usage limits that reset at the start of each billing cycle:

You can monitor your current AI usage from the Usage tab in Office Settings.
Trial period
New accounts start with a free trial that provides full access to all features. During the trial you can use everything ChairPulse offers, including diagnostic chats, the compliance wizard, learning paths, and invoice uploads.
When your trial is active, the Billing page displays a notice showing when your trial ends (e.g., "Your trial ends on March 15, 2026"). After the trial expires, you will need to subscribe to continue using ChairPulse.
Free access accounts
Some accounts may be granted complimentary access to ChairPulse. These accounts display a "Free Access" badge on the billing page and are not charged. If your account has free access, the billing management and upgrade options are not shown.
Current plan card
The billing page shows a Current Plan card displaying:
- Your plan name (e.g., "ChairPulse Plan") with a crown icon
- The plan tagline
- Your current monthly price per office
- Trial status and end date (if applicable)
- A billing cycle note: "Billed monthly per active office"
Subscribing to ChairPulse
If you are on a trial or your subscription has lapsed:
Navigate to Billing
Go to Organization Settings and select the Billing tab.
Click Subscribe
Click the Subscribe button. This opens the Stripe checkout page.
Complete payment
Enter your payment details and confirm. Your subscription activates immediately.
Managing your billing
Click the Manage Billing button to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View your invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
Billing is calculated per active office. If you have three offices, your total cost is $159 x 3 = $477/month.
Office billing list
Below the Current Plan card, an Office Billing List shows each office in your organization along with its billing status, helping you understand costs on a per-office basis.
